The space The newly renovated, bright, approx. 70 sqm house with a sweet garden and direct access to the canal impresses with a very special charm. On the lower floor you will find the open kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a large sofa with sleeping function for up to 2 more guests. Via the bathroom and the dining area you get to the garden, which leads directly to the private jetty on the canal. A ride on the canal, either with your own inflatable boat or SUP, or with a rented boat is just superb! On the upper floor is the large bedroom with a converted roof and pretty gallery. You will sleep here in a 160 cm wide box-spring bed, which will give you quiet and cozy nights. The sturdy, old wooden beams ensure a particularly cozy flair. From the window you look directly at the water. There is also a crib available for the little ones. However, there is no private parking space. Within 3 minutes on foot, you are right at the market square in Friedrichstadt. A supermarket is just around the corner, but the discounters are also a 10-minute walk away. Friedrichstadt train station, from which you can reach Sylt in 1 hour, is also within walking distance. Distances: Husum 12 km (15 minutes by car) St. Peter-Ording 36 km (35 minutes by car) Sylt (1 hour by train // 55 km to Niebüll car train) Flensburg 55 km (45 by car) Hamburg 136 km (1.5 hours by car) Other things to note The house is open-plan. In the hallway there is a door to the kitchen and one to the living room. The stairs up are open. Great hiking and cycling tour opportunities around Friedrichstadt. There are some boat rentals in Friedrichstadt, from where you can make wonderful excursions on the water. In summer there is a large sunbathing area with a slide directly into the water. Great fun for young and old. Visit Friedrichstadt and fall in love with the beautiful Dutch town on the water. A fish roll and relax - this is the best way to do it!
