The city is lively and offers a lot culturally, artistically and socially, while the Salento region has unique towns and beaches. ─────────────────────────────── WORKOUT/YOGA/MEDITATION ROOM 🧘‍♀️ The apartment has a few surprises, including a “workout/yoga/meditation” room. Sometimes, in the morning (not guaranteed), a yoga, meditation or workout session might start on the screen. Whoever wants can join, without obligation. Mats, cushions and other tools are available to everyone. ─────────────────────────────── VEGETARIAN HOUSE 🥬 Not for ethics or ideology, but for practicality. You might share it with other (nice) people. ----------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT FOR WINTER MONTHS: Fortunately, it's not too cold and there are enough blankets. However, for those who wish, there is the possibility of using a portable electric heater. It is connected to a device to count the actual kW and euros consumed, in real-time. The cost is that of the electric company, not a euro more. So, more or less, an hour of use costs 0.30-0.55 euros depending on the chosen heat level. This way, everyone has the opportunity to be independent even regarding the temperature. :) --------------------------------------------------------------- This is a tourist rental for short or medium stays. No services are provided (except from the heart) apart from sheets and towels. Beyond 30 days, it is necessary to register the contract. I am almost always in the apartment, but I usually sleep in the house where I reside. Guest access - A kitchen equipped with everything (almost, for example, there is no microwave or dishwasher) - A balcony to spend pleasant time - Yoga and relaxation room, with tools for workout - Books in different languages and Italian courses - Some musical instruments - Board games, a gift box, spaces with shared food and cosmetics During your stay The interaction happens spontaneously and never forced. With the freedom to not want to interact, to say No, to maintain one's own boundaries. With affection and respect. It's not about business to get rich, but it starts from the pleasure of sharing one's space, as well as expenses. There are no hoteliers, which is why words like "Check-in, Check-out" sound a bit out of place here, because this house is not a hotel. And sorry if everything will not be perfect 100%! :) Other things to note There are not Cinderellas in this apartment, so guests take care of their room and commons space regarding cleaning and order...
