Our lovely home is located one house back from the beach, across the road from Fresh Choice, Good Home and Pearl Eatery. It is close to public transport and five minutes drive from Papamoa shopping centre, Bayfair and Baypark. Recently renovated, the self-contained flat which is located down the bottom of our house (we live upstairs), has its own entrance, kitchenette and access to the backyard. Kitchenette comes equipped to enable you to be cook and eat your own meals. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge the sleeps 2 people. An additional trundler bed system can be moved down stairs to sleep an additional 2 people if there are 7 or 8 people staying.
