The pool and terrace is fenced with two 'child-proof' access gates. The pool has a shallow end with wide corner steps. The garden offers spacious lawns, a field for children's games and places of welcome shade during the summer months. Surrounded on three sides by fields, vineyards and small copses, the house has no passing traffic except for the occasional local farmer checking his crop. The nearest village offering a selection of shops, bank, pharmacy and a good restaurant is Cahuzac-sur-vere only 10 minutes away, whilst the large town of Gaillac is 15 minutes and the city of Albi is 30 minutes away.
