Swimming pool, sauna and well-equipped gym. Neighborhood with several restaurants, some of the best in Rio de Janeiro. The space The house has four floors, with three having access by elevator. On the first floor there is the apartment of the homemade, laundry and kennel. The laundry room is only available to guests when the length of stay is longer than a week. On the second floor there is the living room, dining room, kitchen integrated into the living room, bathroom, old TV room – transformed into an extra suite and a balcony, where there is a wine tasting table. It also has an external cellar, which will not be made available to guests. On the third floor there are three suites, an office with a sofa bed that accommodates a couple well and a support area, with a minibar and coffee maker. On the balcony there are two tables that can serve breakfast or a drink at bedtime. To go to the fourth floor, stairs must be climbed. There is a hall with a gourmet area where it has a drink fridge, brewery, wine cellar, electric stove, oven, barbecue, two large open areas, swimming pool and sauna. Above this floor, with access by the external staircase, it is possible to reach the gym, with an external shower and bathroom. In the area, there is a gazebo with a beautiful view. Going up a little further, there is a small trail in the woods owned by the house, with a picnic table at the end, with a breathtaking view! In the garage, a space will be reserved for the use of guests. Guest access The entire house will be available to the guest, with the exception of the wine cellar, closets in the master suite, part of the closets in the other suites, and the laundry floor. Access to the laundry is only granted to the guest when the stay exceeds one week. The house door has an electronic lock, the code for which will be provided on the day of check-in. Other things to note The house is part of the Upper JB Residents' Association. It is on a street with access protected by gates and has private surveillance 24 hours a day, in addition to monitoring by cameras that have access by the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police Operations Center. Every 300 meters down the street there is a guard with a security guard. The closest to the house is 70 meters away. In addition to the neighborhood security, the house has an external camera circuit and is monitored by an external security company. The price of the night is included daily storage and breakfast service, with supplies provided by the guest. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, a homemaker will clean the outdoor area, including swimming pool, and general maintenance services. PLEASE NOTE: The daily rate is for eight guests. Each guest over eight will be charged an additional fee of R$400.00. For fewer than eight guests, with five or more days of stay, an extra discount of R$300.00 will be granted, limited to R$1,200 per day (4 people)
