On the first floor there is the apartment of the homemade, laundry and kennel. The laundry room is only available to guests when the length of stay is longer than a week. On the second floor there is the living room, dining room, kitchen integrated into the living room, bathroom, old TV room – transformed into an extra suite and a balcony, where there is a wine tasting table. It also has an external cellar, which will not be made available to guests. On the third floor, there are three suites, an office with a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates a couple, and a support area with a minibar and coffee maker. On the balcony there are two tables that can serve breakfast or a drink at bedtime. To go to the fourth floor, stairs must be climbed. There is a hall with a gourmet area where it has a drink fridge, brewery, wine cellar, electric stove, oven, barbecue, two large open areas, swimming pool and sauna. Above this floor, with access by the external staircase, it is possible to reach the gym, with an external shower and bathroom. In the area, there is a gazebo with a beautiful view. Climbing up a little further, there is a small trail in the forest owned by the house. At the end, the view is stunning! In the garage, a space will be reserved for the use of guests. Guest access The entire house will be at the guest's disposal, except for the wine cellar, closets of the master suite, part of the closets of the other en-suites and the laundry floor. Laundry access is only open to the guest once the hosting period is over a week. The house door has an electronic lock, whose secret will be informed on the day of check-in. Other things to note The house is part of the Upper JB Residents' Association. It is on the street with access protected by gates and has 24/7 private surveillance, in addition to camera monitoring that has access by the Civil Police Operations Center of Rio de Janeiro. Every 300 meters down the street there is a guard with a security guard. The closest one to the house is 70 meters away. In addition to the neighborhood security, the house has an external camera circuit and is monitored by an external security company. The daily rate includes daily housekeeping and breakfast service, with supplies provided by the guest. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, a housekeeper will clean the outdoor area, including the pool, and perform general maintenance services.
