Located on the 1st floor of the townhouse "Villaconcorde", the apartment offers a superb view on the chateau with Air Conditioning. You will be enchanted by its 17th century atmosphere, reinforced by the original antique wooden paneling in the living room and the original windows, which open onto the Royal Castle of Amboise. Comfort remains essential, you will enjoy this fully renovated apartment. BB are welcome, we provide necessary equipment. The space « Wow ... I didn't realize Villaconcorde was so close to the castle ! » On our street, all the houses share a very intimate relation with the Castle, as they use to host members of the royal court. The original foundations of our townhouse date back to the 15th century and the house was last rebuilt in the 17th century. The Royal Chateau, used to be connected with the house by underground passage 350 years ago... Not just 'a view on the castle' but the feeling that you belong to its history. Air Conditioning. The apartment has been fully refurbished by an interior designer, respecting its charm and authenticity while adding state of the art features to insure maximum comfort in a cozy atmosphere. Great care has been given to the smallest details, so that you feel at home in Villa Concorde. We provide all the necessary for your first breakfast, as well as all condiments for cooking. Guest access CHECK-IN TIME: are by appointment and have to take place between 16.00 and 19.00, except on Sunday or bank holidays, where it is between 18.00 and 19.00pm. Please CONFIRM THE TIME of your arrival. From it we provide a 60 Minute (1 hour) arrival window, when we will be waiting. Give yourself lots of time especially if arriving by car, so choose a later time if you are unsure. There are plenty of beautiful coffee shops and cafes nearby if you arrive early, and even a castle to visit at the doorstep of Villaconcorde ! Normal check-ins are FREE! A normal check-in is between 16.00 and 19.00. Thank you for your understanding. LATE ARRIVAL: special arrangement can be made for late entry (7 to 8.30pm), according our availability with an extra fee of 30€. DEPARTURE TIME: between 8 to 10.00am.
