1-bedroom house 400 meters from the beach!!!!

House for up to 3 people, located approximately 400 meters from Gaivota beach in the city of Itanhaém/SP, less than 10 minutes on foot!!! The space NEW YEAR'S RESERVED!! The house has a TV, Wi-Fi, sofa, rack, dining table, fan, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, blender, electric rice cooker, dishes and pots... The laundry room has a tank and a clothesline. The bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 mattress that would be for a 3rd person. Best of all, we provide bed, bath and table linens for your best comfort! Note: we do not provide a blanket, only a sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, table towel and dish towel. We DO NOT replace items and we do not wash them during the stay. The house has a social bathroom in the living room and a bathroom in the bedroom. Note: The garage is shared with 2 other cars. The house does NOT have a backyard, which is practically on top of a mini bakery. However, we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility because it contains stairs. The windows do not have safety bars, so be careful with small children!!! We live in front! Check-in: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Check-out: By 2 p.m. Welcome, everyone!!!!! NOTE: Minors will not be accepted without a legal guardian, present documents at check-in. Guest access Close to everything, market, bakery, clothing stores, utility stores, beauty salon, fish shop, 24-hour cashier, ice cream shop, pizzeria, 100mts square. The center of Itanhaém is approximately 15 minutes by car. Other things to note Check-in: After 11 a.m. Check-out: By 2 p.m. The bakery that is practically under the house provides breakfast and lunch (charged separately, deal directly with the bakery). Minors will not be accepted without a legal guardian, present the document at check-in
