1-bedroom house 400 meters from the beach!!!!

House for up to 3 people (including children and babies), located approximately 400 meters from Gaivota beach in the city of Itanhaém/SP, less than 10 minutes walking!!! The space The house has a TV, Wi-Fi, sofa, rack, dining table, fan, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, blender, dishes and pots... The laundry room has a sink and a clothesline. In the bedroom has 2 Twin Size Bed and 1 mattress that would be for 3rd person. Best of all, we provide bedding, table and bath linen for your best comfort! Note: We do not provide a blanket, only a sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, table towel and dishcloth. WE do not replenish and do not wash during the stay. The house has a social bathroom in the living room and a bathroom in the bedroom. Note: The garage is shared with 2 more cars. The house does NOT have a yard, it is practically on top of a mini bakery, however we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility because it has stairs. The windows do not have safety bars, so be careful with small children!!! We live in front! Check-in: From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Check-out: Until 2:00 p.m. Welcome everyone!!!!! OBS: Underage persons will not be accepted without the legal guardian, present the documents at check in. Tip: If you want silence and tranquility, do not come during the holiday season (Christmas, New Year and Carnival are times of great demand here in the city of Itanhaém, so there are a lot of people and a lot of noise). Guest access Close to everything, market, bakery, clothing stores, utility stores, beauty salon, fish shop, 24-hour cashier, ice cream shop, pizzeria, 100mts square. The center of Itanhaém is approximately 15 minutes by car.
