There are 3 bedrooms, with the availability of twin beds to be put up in the dining area. The '4th' bedroom is not enclosed, but Airbnb considers it a bedroom. The space Our furnished house is available, if you are looking for a comfortable place to kick back, with all of the conveniences you need: a fully-equipped kitchen, games & puzzles, washer/dryer, deck and lawn, heater, wi-fi internet, private tennis courts around the block, and plenty of parking. And… please realize that you will never need air-conditioning in Eureka! This home has two bedrooms downstairs for you, plus an upstairs ensuite bedroom which is nearly completely separate, near the back door. The dining table is in the kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a double daybed and a desk with a 'house' computer in the formal dining room. Equipment for infants and children is available upon request. The bathroom downstairs is equipped with safety grab bars at the toilet and bathtub. The shower upstairs has a very low entry. There are steps to get into the house both in the front and back. Please, no smoking or shoes inside the house. Please list all guests under the age of 18 as CHILDREN. If you would like to take advantage of the "1 week FREE" offer, please make your reservation for at least 4 weeks and DO NOT "reserve". The driveway is shared, but there may be one space in the driveway available, if necessary. If you bring a dog, please enter through the back door. The reservation cost will increase as the number of guests increases. If your group is two or less people, it is likely you will not have access to the upstairs suite; please enquire. This property is on the unceded ancestral territory and current home of the Wiyot people. Other things to note This house is centrally located and close to shops, yet quiet and rural. Did you know Eureka has an old-growth redwood forest in the middle of town? You’d be able to stroll to Old Town or Henderson Center. Sequoia Park & Flower Garden is just over a mile from your front door. California’s oldest zoo is right there too! Those otters and red pandas are adorable.
