Only a 10 minute walk from Pioneer Park, or town centre, the Old Doctors House is located close enough to be near the action but feel entirely secluded once home Enjoy beautiful views over the town and ranges. 5 minutes from Shaky Bridge, walk up to the Clock or access to Rail Trail. Bathe in the afternoon sunshine or hide from the heat under the protected Oak and Mulberry Trees. Relax and explore in the gardens - filled with healthy goodies to take away depending on the season! The property is owner occupied, and available when vacant. Downstairs is our guest area, with 2 queen rooms (1 with queen + single bed) and 1 single room (single sofa bed). Please expect a stay at a lived in property as there may be evidence of human life around the home or garden.
