Cocomo Cottage | A Boutique Retreat Near the Beach

Newly built Bahamian-style home tucked away in nature. Completely OFF THE GRID with solar power, rain cisterns and Starlink, Cocomo Cottage is a tropical boutique retreat designed for couples or up to four guests. Just a ten minute walk from Surfer’s Beach, it’s the perfect location to explore Eleuthera. Enjoy luxury amenities with a fully equipped kitchen featuring GE Café appliances or relax in the plush king-size beds. Plenty of books, games and puzzles to keep you entertained on a rainy day. The space Cocomo Cottage has a bright, open and airy vibe surrounded by nature. The white walls, vaulted ceiling and natural light makes it feel so much bigger than 850 square feet. A fully equipped kitchen welcomes you to get creative with local ingredients on Al-Clad cookware. Sleep like a king in the rattan master bedroom, or roshambo for the loft. Wind down after a long day of exploring in the resort-style bathroom. A wraparound porch invites guests to hang outside in the shade or lounge out on the deck. The cottage is ideal for a couple but can easily accommodate groups of four. Please keep in mind that the rocky terrain is not suitable for young children, which is why we encourage parents use this as an opportunity to getaway. Guest access Cocomo Collective is home to a main house and guest cottage, which are connected by wooden walkways that share an open deck in the middle. Other things to note We have three dogs (Bruce, Barbara Ann and Max) as well as potcat (Marty) that all live on property. There are also several friendly neighborhood dogs and strays in the area, so please be mindful that you will likely encounter these animals during your stay.
