A warm welcome... ...to our vacation home. This barrier-free, low-energy vacation home with radiant floor heating and ventilation (100 m²) is suitable for 2 people (children up to 2 years old may be accommodated upon request). It features a spacious living and dining area, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a guest restroom, and a beautiful sunroom. It is accessible for walkers and wheelchairs. The large bathroom includes a roll-in shower. There are two laundry areas, one of which is wheelchair-accessible. The kitchen is easy to navigate with a walker but less suitable for wheelchairs. The entrance area is equipped with a ramp leading to the front door and another ramp leading to the sunroom. From the sunroom, you can access the vacation home’s garden, which features seating. Our house has been certified according to the criteria of the nationwide “Reisen für Alle” label and is authorized to use the “Accessibility Verified” designation. We also offer 6 guest rooms in our wine and guest house (a 2-minute walk away). The rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and satellite TV. Wi-Fi is free. A bike garage is available. The kitchen is easily accessible with a walker but is less suitable for wheelchair users. The entryway is equipped with a ramp leading to the front door and a ramp leading to the sunroom. From the sunroom, you can access the vacation home’s garden, which features seating. Pets are not permitted. On-site costs: Luggage transfer service available: €7.50 per piece of luggage, only between Trier and Ürzig Payment: Once the booking is confirmed, a deposit of 25% of the total cost is due; the amount must be transferred to the specified bank account within 8 days. The booking is guaranteed upon receipt of payment. The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 3 weeks before arrival. Cancellation policy: If canceled within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total cost is due; in the event of a no-show or early departure, we will charge 90% of the total cost as a cancellation fee. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
