La villa du cocotier 3 minutes from the beach

The Villa du Cocotier features 4 furnished, air-conditioned apartments. The villa is located near the restaurant Chez Poulo in Saly Nianiakhal, a 3-minute walk from the beach. Each apartment has an air-conditioned bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. It’s a very peaceful, quiet place. The caretaker lives on site. The housekeeper is there every day. High-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, gas, and water are free. However, electricity is charged based on your usage. The initial cleaning is also included in the nightly rate. We want to keep the Villa du Cocotier clean; the apartment will be cleaned every two weeks for stays longer than fifteen days.This cleaning service is part of our package; it is mandatory and free of charge. However, you may request the housekeeper’s services if you’d like more frequent cleaning, in which case there will be an additional charge. The housekeeper is an excellent cook; she can prepare European dishes or introduce you to our Senegalese cuisine.
