Beautiful home with pool on the hills

Welcome to Villa Étoile! Come and discover Marseille at the foot of the hills in our haven. You can relax in the heart of a garden of 1700 m2: swimming pool and jacuzzi in season, swing, bocce court... Enjoy a comfortable accommodation of 45 m2. The accommodation is not accessible to people in wheelchairs due to the presence of steps to access the accommodation and the swimming pool The space The accommodation is an apartment located in our villa composed of: - A spacious bedroom equipped with a king-size bed (180 cm wide) and a large closet - A living-dining room with a sofa bed 160 cm wide - an independent kitchen, with 4 induction hobs, an oven, a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a microwave oven - Separate toilet Guests can relax on the terrace, not overlooked, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The pool and hot tub (in season) are common. They are shared with the owners in a friendly and respectful manner, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Children can only go there under your supervision. The hot tub is not a play area. Consider equipping yourself with bath linens for the pool and hot tub, the towels provided on site are for the toilet. There is also a swing and a bocce court. Ideal accommodation for visiting the Phocean city as a family or as a couple; parties are forbidden. Maximum 4 adults can stay there. A small, clean dog is allowed in the accommodation. We have a Westie ourselves, named Marley. Under no circumstances can you invite additional people. We live on site and have neighbors, Villa Etoile is not a reception place. During school holidays, we rent for a minimum of 5 days; outside of school holidays, the minimum is 3 days. On site parking. Villa Etoile is located on the heights, in the 13th arrondissement of Marseille, in Château Gombert, in a privileged environment. You can go hiking in the Étoile Massif, which is right next to the villa, nestled in a quiet area surrounded by nature. You will be 20 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue, 20 minutes from downtown Marseille, 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes from the village of Allauch, 20 minutes from the Vélodrome stadium, and 20 minutes from the nearest coves. Come and listen to the cicadas and watch the salamanders scamper around our beautiful garden, planted with olive, almond, and palm trees.
