The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. All the equipment is new (furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, etc.). It has a bathroom, bedroom and living room-kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed-folding bed and the living room has a sofa bed for two people. The area is very quiet and there is no parking problem.
