The bright and open-plan apartment offers a large window front overlooking the sea when the trees of the waterfront lose their leaves in the winter months. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and microwave with hot air function, as well as two flat-screen TVs, DVD player, HiFi system, a book collection and a mini safe.
