Located in a quiet area, you can reach the Kronplatz ski area on foot (10 minutes) or by ski bus (2 minutes). We offer a free, enclosed garage (61.6 m²) included at no extra charge. The sunny, comfort-oriented guesthouse Anita is located right in the middle of the idyllic South Tyrolean mountain landscape, with a fantastic view of the Kronplatz ski area (Dolomiti Superski), and serves as a starting point for numerous skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and climbing tours. Situated in a quiet but very well-connected location, you can reach the Kronplatz ski area on foot (about ten minutes) or by ski bus (bus stop right in front of the house, travel time two minutes). For parking at the lift station in Percha, we provide you with an Ekey so you can conveniently park your car free of charge. If you plan to travel by your own car, Landhaus Anita offers a large, closed garage (61.6 m²) free of charge, with space for up to two cars. The train station is located directly at the lift, an eight-minute walk from our house. The house remains pleasantly cool even in high summer without air conditioning, as it is situated at 1000 meters above sea level. For daily needs, you will find within an eight-minute walk a supermarket, pharmacy, optician, children’s specialty store, and a restaurant. The small town of Bruneck (4 km away) offers a wide range of shopping options, numerous cafés, a diverse cultural program, and a Christmas market. Nearby Attractions: The enchanting Lake Braies (Pragser Wildsee), Toblach Lake, Anterselva Lake, Percha Earth Pyramids, Riesenferner Nature Park, Three Peaks (Drei Zinnen), Fanes Sennes. The architecture of the house is built on multiple levels, meaning there are steps between the different areas of the house. Therefore, toddlers must be supervised very carefully. The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.
