Discover our Kiwi Bach

Our Bach is located on a very quiet and intimate lake (Lake Rotoehu) surrounded by the beauty of nature and wildlife. Kayak on the lake using our complimentary kayaks (3) and life jackets of various sizes. Our Bach is very humble offering comfort along with the features that represent the essence of a true kiwi Bach. After dark take a stroll up the road to enjoy the wonders of 1000's of glow worms or drive 5 minutes up the road to enjoy a soak in the Waitangi soda springs (natural hot pool). Large section if you need to pitch a tent for friends or family. Enjoy a selection of games and DVD's suitable for all ages. 39.6 kms to Rotorua 30.3 kms to Pukehina 23.2 kms to Kawerau (Free hot pools and access to Lake Tarawera) 54.6kms to Whakatane Towels and Blankets will need to be provided by you. Sheets and pillow cases will be supplied as well as all cooking appliances and utensils. Please note there is only a bench top oven available but you can still cook a roast in it. Due to how isolated the Lake is cell phone reception is limited.
