The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for children, with four single beds and plenty of space for games and entertainment. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioner, and ceiling fan, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. The fully self-contained kitchen includes modern amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, and De Longhi coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals and enjoy your favorite beverages with ease. The bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet, while the laundry area is equipped with a washing machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet, shower, and vanity in the laundry area, providing convenience after a day at the beach. The large enclosed backyard boasts a lovely lawn area, providing ample space for children to play and enjoy outdoor activities. The concrete driveway offers off-street parking for two cars, as well as space for a boat, ensuring that your vehicles and recreational equipment are safely stored during your stay. Cancellation Policy Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded. A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
