Ideally located in the small village of VAL DE CHAISE, you will be close to ANNECY, the Venice of the Alps, its lake and the beautiful surrounding ski resorts. For more information, please read the detailed description below The space You will have a pleasant stay in this fully renovated apartment with quality amenities, located in an old building composed of 3 apartments. Ideally located, you will be close to ANNECY, the Venice of the Alps, and its lake, as well as beautiful ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Les Saisies, Crest Voland or La Sambuy. The Space: You'll love our place because of its comfort, amenities, and location. It can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 1st floor accessible by an external staircase. To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A friendly living space: dining area with dining table, kitchen and lounge area with Orange TV and WIFI. - A fully equipped kitchen area with new appliances: glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, TASSIMO coffee machine, kettle/teapot, raclette and fondue appliances, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, pans, pots and 30L trash can. - A sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190) and bunk beds (90 x 190). - A neat bathroom: walk-in shower, sink with mirror, toilet. - A laundry area with washing machine and dryer. - Maintenance equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, mop) and household products (floor + disinfectant). Other features to consider: - Green space with mountain views - The accommodation has a parking space. - A set of keys will be available to you. - Pharmacy, supermarkets, laundry, post office, banks, tourist office: 10 minutes by car. - Bakery: 5 min walk Guest access Check-in will be self check-in. Other things to note - Late check-out after 11 a.m.: €15/hour within the limit of 2 hours. Let us know ahead of time: Price: €15 per hour. - No extra cleaning fee: the accommodation will be clean on your arrival, please leave it in the same condition for the comfort of all (products and appliances available).
