Vehicles must be parked in their own garage or in a public parking space in the community. No RVs, no recreational vehicles, no commercial trucks like the U-Haul. Street parking is not allowed. *Vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA at your own expense* Other things to note CHECK-IN AND SAY: Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests. THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING It's the guests' responsibility to take all supplies that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized. Guests must purchase any further items needed. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: - Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trash can, Small shampoo and conditioner. - - Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. - Laundry: One small laundry detergent. - Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy). House Rules: - No parties, no smoking, no pets AT ALL (subject to FINES). - Optional: Pool heating fee $30.00 per day with a minimum of 3 days. *NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE SUMMER* - Optional BBQ Grill for $20.00 for the stay (covers the cleaning of the BBQ after your check-out) GAS NOT INCLUDED ( you have to fill it from your end). - Please don’t touch the Alarm Code. You can be fined for a False Alarm. - Do not rearrange any furniture. - An early check-in must be requested with at least 48 hours’ notice and depends on the calendar’s availability. (Chargeable) - A late check-out must be requested with at least 48 hours notice or at the time of check-in and depends on the calendar’s availability. (Chargeable) - Observe Quiet Time Hours after 10:00 p.m. - The complex/resort is focused on seasonal rentals, therefore, does not receive packages/delivery. - The initial supplies ( Toilet paper, soap, and basic things) that we provide is the Basic for the guests not have to Rush to buy them. POOL HEATER: (VERY IMPORTANT) 1-Cost: $30 per day. 2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 24h in advance. 5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. • Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver them. • Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases.
