With capacity for 37 + 13 guests, this very spacious property with 13 bedrooms offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay, both indoors and outdoors, including a large heated swimming pool, XL jacuzzi, 13 bathrooms and much more. An outdoor games area is available to enjoy with family and friends on long summer days and there are several terraces from which you can appreciate the stunning Algarve sunset. Off-road parking is also available for several cars. Located in a residential area near Albufeira, with stunning views and just minutes from the best golden sand beaches, this spectacular villa, furnished and decorated to a high standard of quality, will guarantee you a relaxing holiday in the sun, leaving you with fantastic memories and a desire to return. The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season). If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating. The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them. Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is 37. From the 38th to the 50th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed. According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
