The house has 3 bedrooms The first with a double bed and 2 single beds. A second with a double bed. And a third with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. Two double beds are also located on the mezzanine Big kitchen Indoor fireplace Large living room Enclosed, heated pool (10 x 6; mid-May to September) Bikes available BBQ grill available Perfect for families and groups of friends. Access to the house by vehicle only Other things to note The house is perfect as a base for wonderful cultural and tourist excursions (Troyes, Provins, Sens, winery tours, go-karting 15 km away, etc.), as well as for gatherings with family or friends. Cozy and family atmosphere. The main room (70 m²) is equipped with a sound system and a very nice projection screen. There is also a TV in the dining room. A fantastic foosball table is available in a dedicated room for great family games. The swimming pool is suitable for the size of the house and offers all the safety expected for children. 5 feet deep across the entire area Pool size: 10 m × 6 m Heated pool (May to late September); the start of pool heating depends on weather conditions. Petanque court 50 m from the house. Sheets are provided, and the beds will be made up for your arrival. Towels and pool towels will be provided on request at a cost of €10 per person (please request when booking). The kitchen is equipped with - 3 refrigerators, one with a small freezer section. - a classic oven - Dishwasher - microwave oven - a toaster, - Two coffee machines (one classic filter coffee machine and one Nespresso machine) - a washing machine… Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted if possible and upon request. The house is located in a very quiet village. Only soft background music is allowed outside, provided it does not disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. After 10 p.m., no more music is allowed inside or outside. Therefore, any party that causes noise pollution is prohibited!
