There are superb views to be had from the patio doors of the rolling countryside which changes hour by hour! You could sit for hours just taking it all in on the decked area with a glass of something bubbly. It is ideally situated to enjoy this fantastic area. Activities such as horse riding, cycling, canoeing, clay pigeon shooting, rock climbing, golf and fishing are all available locally. Wonderful walks are also available from the doorstep There are many attractions to visit including Harts Barn Craft Centre and cookery school Go Ape Treetop Adventure, Puzzlewood and a steam railway to name just a few. Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, Ledbury, Hereford, The Malvern’s, Gloucester and Cheltenham are all within easy driving distance. There is the Mayhill hub which sells all local produce on a Friday afternoon and via prior arrangement with the owner this can be ordered and ready for your arrival. The property consists of open plan living area with smart tv and patio doors leading to the decked area and enclosed lawned and wild flower garden, Kitchen with breakfast bar , electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, the master bedroom is on the ground floor with views reaching far and wide, family bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and Heated towel rail.
