The house Del Teil is a charming stone house in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Located in a small village of 800 inhabitants with all ammenities. The house with heated private pool and enclosed garden is located close to many touristic attractions. In a very quiet street, at this cozy house you can relax with family and friends. Inside Cozy living room and large kitchen. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Upon entering the house there is a small staircase leading to the mezzanine where two children can sleep in twin beds. On the first floor is another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a large area on the first floor which is a kind of overflow where you will find a sofa bed (2 persons). Finally, there is another bathroom with tub and toilet. Upstairs all the bedrooms have airconditioning. Outside The garden (completely enclosed) contains a heated private pool. From the house you have great walks nearby. There is a covered terrace where you can eat and relax together. A courtyard will allow you to park your vehicle safely.
