Detailed description The total surface of the villa is 120 sq.m, in two levels and accommodates up to 5 persons. On the first level you will find the living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (width of 1.60 m) and a bathroom with a shower/WC. On the second level below, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (width of 1.60 m), a second bedroom with two single beds (size 90 x 200 cm) and a bathroom. The villa also features a spacious BBQ area as well as comfortable seating, at the private garden patio or the veranda, with lovely sea views. The property has direct access to the 120 sq.m. swimming pool, shared by 5 other villas.
