The Baltic Sea is practically at your doorstep - in just 300 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach. The beach promenade and the popular 60-meter long promenade as well as the beach terrace and pirate playground are also located here. Enjoy a fantastic view of the passing "big pods" and the sea. By the way, the Bay of Lübeck is considered a sailing paradise! An accessible development allows comfortable access to the promenade and spa beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes as well as attractive leisure activities, sights and excursion destinations. In the stylish bathroom there is a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin with hair dryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating at your disposal. You spend relaxing, sunny hours on the covered loggia equipped with outdoor furniture. The loggia is accessible from the living and sleeping area. Please note that this apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Features On request, you can use the attractive amenities of the resort - on the ground floor there is a 260 sqm and exclusive sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, experience showers, ice fountains, foot basins and rest areas.
