The apartment with city panoramic view is located on 9th floor, in the modern residential complex with the security and video monitoring. Apartment provides all kinds of household appliances and high-quality furniture. Also, it provides bed linens, set of towels, hygiene products, hair dryer, iron, tea, coffee. You can also also use free Wi-Fi and TV(lots of channels). On the ground floor, there are 2 grocery stores and 2 wine shops. We are always happy to see nice guests! The space 50 square meter studio type apartment, is located on 9th floor. Isolated bedroom has its own French balcony. Guest room has folding couch and coffee table. We can provide playpen and baby chair, if needed. The guestroom has its own 5 square meter balcony with panoramic view and patio furniture. You can have your breakfast or chill with glass of wine. Guest access The apartment provides all kinds of facilities. For instance: fridge, stove, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, central-heating, dishes, cutlery, shower, WC, hygiene products, hair dryer, iron/desk, bed linens, towel set, tea, coffee, etc. Other things to note The apartment has the security and video monitoring 24/7. The entrance is available only with smart key. On the ground floor the are grocery and alcohol stores which are open 24/7.
