The interior is composed on the ground floor of an entrance, toilet, large living room and fireplace open to kitchen and dining room, double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with their bathrooms and toilet each: a double room (140cm bed), a double room (160cm bed), a small room with 2 bunk beds (90cm) Additional fees: - Pool heating in summer, on request, €20/day - Heating the Villa in winter, €40/day - Necessary for a fireplace (20 oak wood logs, small wood and fire lighters): €20 Guest access The property is 8 minutes from Brantôme, 30 minutes from Périgueux, 45 minutes from Angoulême, 60 minutes from Bergerac, 1 hour 40 minutes from Bordeaux and Sarlat... The very pretty town of Brantôme offers many cafes, restaurants, quality food shops as well as medium surfaces for everyday shopping. Other things to note The East Wing is part of Villa Le Creyssac. The pool is beautifully sized (14 x 5m), with a submerged staircase and rolling shutter. When the shutter is open, children must be under supervision. It's heated in the season.
