Here you can relax in any season. In winter, cozy atmosphere around the fireplace. In summer, enjoy the tranquility, views, gardens and infinity pool. In any season, beautiful walks await you in the surrounding trails in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin National Park. The space The east wing of the villa Le Creyssac has its own terrace and garden. The interior is composed on the ground floor of an entrance, a toilet, a large living room and its fireplace open to the kitchen and dining room, a double bedroom and its shower room. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with their bathrooms and toilet each: a double bedroom (bed of 140 cm), a double bedroom (bed 160 cm), a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 cm) Additional fees: - Pool heating in summer, on request, €20/day - Heating of the Villa in winter, €40/day - Firewood (20 logs of oak wood, small wood and firelighters): €20 Guest access The property is 8 minutes from Brantôme, 30 minutes from Périgueux, 45 minutes from Angoulême, 60 minutes from Bergerac, 1 hour 40 minutes from Bordeaux and Sarlat... The beautiful town of Brantôme offers many cafes, restaurants, quality food shops as well as supermarkets for everyday shopping. Other things to note The East wing is part of Villa Le Creyssac. It is possible to rent the EAST wing, the WEST wing or to privatize the entire villa (the pool is privatized in this case). You can find the corresponding listings and availability on my Airbnb profile. The pool is a good size (14 x 5 m), with a submerged staircase and a rolling shutter. When the shutter is open, children must be supervised. It is heated in season. The interior of the accommodation is non-smoking. No pets are allowed.
