The location The family-friendly terraced house in a south-west location is located in a nature reserve in Boltenhagen and is only about 250 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The amenities The vacation home with parquet flooring includes two bedrooms with double bed or two single beds, a living area with double sofa bed and fireplace (firewood is not included), a bathroom with shower tub and a toilet on the ground floor, another bathroom with shower tub and a toilet on the upper floor as well as a terrace overlooking the greenery. A fully equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and freezer, a full-length mirror, a washing machine and TV hi-fi system complete the interior of the vacation home. We are happy to provide a crib and high chair for a fee and subject to availability. A baby bath is available in the house. The Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic) is available free of charge. The vacation home is equipped with external roller shutters and can be extended by house 55a on request. Special features The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Guests of the "holiday village" have a free parking space per apartment. Storage facilities for bicycles in a shed by the house are provided.
