Need to give biscuits to 5 yr old cat Lynx (mostly stays outdoors & very independent.) Guests over total 8 will be charged additional $50 p/p per night The space Very clean & modern. Smart TV, Netflix, hot spa and local park. Beach walking distance or 3 min drive. Bay Park Arena usually 12 min drive. Blake Park / Mount usually 25 mins drive. Toys and Board games provided. Air fryer, microwave and full working oven and hob. Guest access Access all areas. One very small part of garage unavailable due to storage of personal items. Other things to note Price is reflective of need to feed my 5 year old cat Lynx - largely outdoor & very independent - just biscuits once or twice daily. Easy as. Stays out at night and for a lot of the day. House does not smell catty and has largely vinyl floors so no evidence of a cat living there. Parking for 2 vehicles plus garage space available.
