Time for relaxation! Our lovely 3-room apartment in a charming older house offers you the perfect accommodation for your vacation or stay in the far west of Vorarlberg. The space The accommodation consists of a living, dining and kitchen area and offers everything needed for a perfect stay on an area of 75 m²: fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine and kettle, two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi and a 55" smart TV incl. Netflix. For families, we offer an additional travel bed incl. mattress with changing table pad and a high chair for babies. Outside the property, a playground can be used nearby. The place is perfect for families, friends and couples who want to spend their vacation in the Lake Constance region. Nature lovers benefit in particular from the beautiful hiking and cycling trails around the country. Other popular activities for guests include visiting the Bregenz Festival or swimming and walking on beautiful Lake Constance. In winter, the accommodation is also the perfect starting point to one of the world-famous ski resorts such as Lech, Warth, Zürs, St. Anton or the Silvretta Nova. In general, the three countries of Switzerland (2 min.)Liechtenstein (30 min.) and Germany (30 min.) can be reached in the shortest possible time and are therefore perfect day trip destinations. In just a 2-minute walk there is a supermarket and three restaurants. Other restaurants nearby can be easily reached by car or bus and train. For recreation, you can reach the "Rheindelta Nature Reserve" after about 1 km, on foot, by bike or car. Guest access All our apartments can be entered by a chip. The electronic door lock allows you to check in and out flexibly and according to your needs. In front of the property is a big parking space that belongs to the property and can therefore be used by guests for free.
