This privileged position means that you enjoy breathtaking sea and mountain views 24/7 and the full Coast from Gibraltar to Marbella. As soon as you enter the property through the automated gates you will see a wonderful fountain. There is ample parking in the driveway and you have 1 garage space as well as 8 private parking spaces outside! On entering the property you will be wowed by the views to the sea overlooking the pool and you are automatically drawn towards the covered terrace to enjoy these amazing views. The large pool (15mx6m) has a built-in seating area with 3 Jacuzzi jets to enjoy sipping on a glass of Champagne whilst cooling off. You can even see Gibraltar and Africa whilst swimming. There is a BBQ area which has a large pergola covering it providing shade for the hot summer days. The dining table is situated over the semi-shaded area so you can enjoy alfresco dining. Next to the BBQ area is your private Bar which is fully equipped with a Phillips beer tap and ice cube machine (no drinks included - order your beer keg in advance) so you can make your own cocktails and play pool. There is also a bathroom with toilet and a small corner shower. You can ask Alexa to play some chill-out music and enjoy lying on the sun beds located next to the pool whilst drinking your cocktail. In the same outdoor building there is a Sauna which leads out onto a covered terrace with one hammock and additional seating. At one side of the house you will find several fruit trees (orange, mandarin, pink grapefruit, lemon, lime, figs, pomegranate and olive trees). From there steps lead down onto the 9-hole putting green where you can also practice your chipping skills. Next to the golf area is a private paddle court with amazing views to La Concha mountain and the sea. We provide the necessary equipment to play - just bring your own balls. The main house has a large, elegant kitchen with a 6-ring gas hob, griddle, 2 electric ovens and all the appliances you might need. The coffee machine is a Jura, but you also have a Sense coffee machine. From the kitchen you have access to a storage room and a laundry room which leads out onto the side garden. If you are hosting a wedding this is very convenient for your Catering company to access the kitchen directly from the driveway. The bar area which is completely closed in by a large terrace door, so that you could have fun there playing pool and dart even on windy or rainy day. This area is also equipped with a treadmill and elliptic bike. There is a WC just down the hall off the living room that the guests can use. TV: The villa has a few UK channels and a lot of German channels and some french via satelite TV as well as Netflix and Chromecast. There is a TV outside on rolls so you can move it about and watch TV under the stars. It is connected to Netflix, but you can also connect the DVD player and even the satelite tv. Two of the bedrooms have access to the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea and there is seating for 2 in front of each terrace door to enjoy some privacy.
