We offer this 45 m2 air-conditioned apartment on the second and top floor of a small old building. The apartment is located in the city center of Braine, close to shops (bakeries, butcher, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, banks...) and located 15 minutes from Soissons and 30 minutes from Reims. The space We have completely renovated, equipped and redesigned this apartment to offer you a quality stay with all the necessary comforts. You will have a living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (traditional oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster), a living room with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and Smart TV (126 cm 4K). You will also have a 14 m2 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), dresser and desk. You will enjoy a bathroom with shower (160 x 80 cm), towel dryer, vanity unit, toilet and washing machine. Sheets, towels and bath mats are provided. You will have WiFi access and an internet connection (fiber). Guests can also enjoy a garden (shared by the three apartments in the building). Check-in and checkout can be done independently using a key box (under the intercoms). Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, an ashtray is available outside. On your departure, the property must be left as you found it: - dishes and refrigerator must be clean. - garbage bags must be closed, taken out and deposited in the containers provided for this purpose under the covered building in the garden. In case of non-compliance with this instruction, a cleaning fee of 50 euros will be requested. Baby essentials (crib, high chair, bouncer seat) can be provided upon request. Guest access Parking under the building porch is not permitted. Free spaces are available in front of the building and/or in the parking lot opposite the building (rue du Pont Champlain).
