A totally renovated apartment of 70sqr, one step from the biggest and main street of the city, Egnatia str.Near the night life, old and well known “Modiano Market”, near to museums, old churches and monument. The space A 70sqr flat, located in the Centre of the city, in the 6th floor, with new elevator, in apartment building of Greek families. So cosy and quite with 2 bedrooms that can host 4 or 5 people, great new separate kitchen with all modern facilities and new devices, great terrace with lots of flowers where you can take your breakfast, drink coffee or just relax enjoying the Greek sun. Also balcony at main bebroom. Guest access Access to entire apartment. PARKING: FREE on the streets around the building. There are spots that is not allowed, for which I help my guests to acknowledge them. Also, there are 3 private companies for parking (one is under the building beside mine) but with payment. Cost is 12 - 15 euro per 24hours Other things to note PRICE PER NIGHT - RULES The price per night and all the discounts are for reservations up to 2 persons. If a guest make a reservation for 1 person and after check in appear 2nd, 3rd person is not valid the above. The 2nd, 3rd or 4th person each of them must pay accordingly the amount of 30 euro per night. If I'm not informed of the real number of the persons in advance and they do not alter the reservation via Airbnb, I'm not obliged to provide extra linens and towels and they are not allowed to use any of them without asking me and they are not allowed to open the drawers and take them . Also for the extra persons that are not have denoted in advance they are not allowed to use any facilities of the apartment. If the above are not be respected from the guests, I will ask via Airbnb the amount of 500 euro as a compensation. Wi-Fi INTERNET: 24hours support My internet connection is: Download, up to 50Mbps, and during daily use the average speed is between 30 - 37 Mbps and Upload 5.91Mbps. HEATING: Private natural gas which allows guests to control the temperature during day and night. There is also 24-hour hot water provided simply by opening the faucets. Printed info’s, maps, discount supermarket cards if you want. ON DEMAND: Kitchen basic ingredients [filter coffee, Greek coffee, tea (green & black), Greek herbs such as mountain tea, mint, lemongrass (known as ‘Louisa’), spices, jams, olive oil] *At least one day before, you could ask me to buy the kind of ingredients you want to use for your breakfast, lunch etc. The extra cost depends on the quantity of the things, you want to have at your check in.
