Other things to note • Guest Verification: We are committed to protecting our property, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, a third-party guest-screening service. You will be asked to complete a verification process and will be given the choice between purchasing a non-refundable $35 damage waiver or paying a refundable $500 security deposit. • Check-In/Out Times: Check-ins later than 9:00 PM must be coordinated with us in advance to ensure staff availability in case you need assistance. No refunds will be issued for issues arising from an uncoordinated late arrival. • Checkout Procedures: Upon checkout, please place all garbage in a bin, put used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor, and start the dishwasher or hand-wash any used dishes. • A House, Not a Hotel: Please treat our home with the same respect you would your own. • Accessibility: This home is a single-story ranch but is not wheelchair accessible. We recommend constant supervision of children and pets. • Amenities: We provide a starter set of household essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc.). Should you need more during your stay, stores are located nearby. • Entertainment: The TVs are for streaming only (no cable). Please bring your login information for your personal subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). • Potential Fees: Please be aware of potential fees for policy violations, including a $250 Smoking Fee, a $25 Lockout Fee, and an Additional Cleaning Fee of $120 • $350 if the home is left in an excessively messy state.
