The space Our home is a spacious family home over three storeys, 200 square metres, with lots of room for large or multiple families or parties. Located in a quiet residential area, with much to offer the whole family. The accommodation comprises of a family sitting room with wood burner and flat screen TV; a family kitchen-dining room looking over, and with French doors opening onto, the garden; 3 bathrooms and further WC; plus five large bedrooms, and a ground-floor playroom with TV and Playstation 4 which can be used as a sixth bedroom if required. Ground floor: - Small entrance lobby. - South facing kitchen-dining room to the rear with Orangery style glazed extension and French Doors opening onto the garden which has direct access to Kings Park. Large dining, breakfast bar, double-oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and large fridge-freezer. - Utility room with sink and washing machine. - Sitting room with seating for 7+, TV with BT TV including BT Sports and Skysport. - Playroom / Bedroom 6 with Playstation 4, TV and a selection of books and family games. Two comfy futon armchairs / mattresses. - Shower room with WC and wash hand basin. The accommodation is flexible as all bedrooms are large enough to have an extra futon mattress in the room, so the playroom can be used exclusively as a playroom, and the home can still accommodate 12 guests. BT Sport, Skysport, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus are available in the sitting room. Free fast BT wifi internet. Linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included. Guest access You'll have access to the whole home apart from a small office where our personal belongings will be stored during your stay, and the garage / shed. Access is via a lockbox.
