SANTIPHAP ROOM - is a spacious en-suite located on the top floor of the renovated 40-year old shophouse call "Ba hao". The room is a Thai-contemporary inspired, overlooking one of the most sacred "Trimit Temple" and a balcony with little garden. No matter you need a natural daylight or a clean sleeping, this room is suitable for you. We use black-out curtain so you don't need to worry about the morning light after your hard night out. Our place is a renovated 40-year old shop house in a vibrant area of Bangkok’s china town consists of; 1st floor is Bā hào 八號 – Oriental-style Bar focusing on beers and Chinese-inspired comfort bar food 2nd floor is MITRPHAN – a shared living room equipped with 55-inch LCD TV with Netflix, pantry with complimentary coffee, tea, snack, drinking water, soft drinks, toast, spreads and utensils. 3rd floor is MAITRI CHIT – an en-suite room with magnificent view of Soi Nana. Bā hào 八號 means “house no. 8” in Chinese language which is obviously our shop house address. Number 8 is considered a lucky number for Chinese people. The main reason has to do with the pronunciation of the word for the number 8 in China. It is pronounced "ba" and sounds like the word for prosperity which is pronounced "fa”. Guest access 24 hours access to the building by access control system. Access to MITRPHAN - Shared living room on 2nd floor. Below items are available at the pantry for free! - Dolce Gusto coffee machine - Biscuits - Cereal - Bread and Toaster - Drinking water - Soft drinks - Local fruits Choices of local breakfast can be pre-ordered and will be served at the shared living room. There is a 55-inches LCD TV with Netflix. Wifi is also available throughout the building. During your stay We will welcome you upon check-in and we will be at the bar on the 1st floor most of the time. Other things to note If your departure flight is late, we are happy to keep your luggage here until your departure time to airport, just let us know. Pre-paid sim card and Rabbit card (for skytrain) are available to borrow. Since we keep the original 40-year old staircases, please be informed that they are quite steep.
