Casa Paciano, apartments with pool, Noce

Casa Paciano is located a few steps from the village of Paciano on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. This beautiful ancient building was built against the hill with a beautiful view of the Valdichiana valley and the village of Paciano, and in the distance Lake Trasimeno. Paciano is centrally located to visit the cities of art of both Umbria and Tuscany. It is 35 km from Perugia and 20 km from the highway (A1). Lake Trasimeno is 20 km away. Panicale is 3 km away. The space Noce is an independent vacation home: on the lower floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. This pine has a toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with a shower and washing machine. There is a garden table with chairs for this house near the entrance to the living room and kitchen. Guest access There are 4 apartments that share the 6 by 12 meter pool, which is 1 to 1.50 meters. Paciano is a picturesque hill town that, a few years ago, was awarded the best livable and well-kept medieval village in Italy. Its origins date back to the Etruscan era and it has many medieval buildings such as the church of San Sebastiano and the Porta Fiorentina. This is a small town with many beautiful buildings to admire within walking distance of the apartments for rent. It has a small grocery store, a local bar with a terrace, some good restaurants, and a post office. Other things to note The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September, every day from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Guests must sign the pool rules upon arrival. The apartment does not have a television. Accommodation tax: EUR 0.80/person/night for a maximum of 5 nights (if you stay longer, the amount remains the same) and children up to 14 years old do not have to pay. When you bring a dog, you pay 30 euros for extra final cleaning. The use of heating is charged based on consumption at €4.50 per m3. The use of wifi is free but it is a mobile connection.
