Esmeralda is a large Ibiza style villa for 12, that enjoys a great location as is set only 250m. away to the pretty sandy cove Cala Esmeralda and 600m. away to sandy cove Cala Gran. Cala D’Or centre is approx. 700m, it offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. leva a toda la familia a este fantástico alojamiento que tiene un montón de espacio para divertirse. The space Esmeralda is a large Ibiza style villa full of natural light. The villa is arranged in two independent floors. From the hall we reach the spacious, luminous open living/dining room with a side door to the pool area. Here there is a table with wine cooler. The open kitchen is well equipped has also access to the pool area. The ground floor has three double bedrooms -one of them with two single mattresses together- with access to the exterior and all of them with ensuite shower rooms. From the garden external stair leads to the upper floor where we find a terrace. From here you can enjoy partial views of the sea. From this terrace we enter to the upper floor that offers an open master bedroom with partial sea views from the circular area with a bathtub. Two further bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The house offers air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable. Bedrooms .21,00-09,00 Living room 09,00-21,00. There is a lawned garden at the front with a drive way to park two cars. The pool area is at the back of the villa. The pool with an original shape has Roman steps (size 7.5m., 4.7m. x 2.7m. Depth min. 0.70 m. max. 1.5m.). Outside close to the kitchen and by the pool there is a covered outside dining area to enjoy “al fresco” meals. Weber barbecue available. At the other end of the pool there is a pergola with a lovely and comfortable chill-out area; the perfect spot to relax during the long summery days. Utility room with washing machine.
