The apartment includes: • A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as a single sofa bed & storage. • A bathroom: includes a modern shower, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo. Separate toilets are also at your disposal for greater comfort. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. • An open kitchen: fully equipped with oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle & Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals. • A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, etc.), a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or working remotely. • A dining area: this space has a dining table & chairs The apartment also includes practical laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay. Professional housekeeping services will be provided upon both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment. If you need a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability. Family-Friendly Services If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice). Subject to availability, we'll happily provide these items. Please note that baby linen is not supplied. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur applicable charges. Deposit Requirement A €250 deposit is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. The refund is processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette smell post-stay: €450. Responsibilities and Guidelines Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit. Internet Access Avoid using Internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted content. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Any Internet malfunctions caused by telecommunications providers are not our responsibility and will not give rise to compensation. We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay. Minimum Age Requirement The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 will only be allowed to enter if accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement.
