Beds/Baths: 1 King en suite (garden tub, shower, 2 sinks), ceiling fan, TV 1 King, ceiling fan, TV 1 Queen, ceiling fan, TV 1 hallway bathroom (tub/shower) Single Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry closet, kitchen, dining/living area, front porch. Amenities: Smart TVs-4 with cable (LR, all BRs), DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, heat/AC, saltmarsh view, primary en suite bath features double sinks, walk-in shower and garden tub, front porch, private community pool with grilling area, common-use beachside parking, walkable access to 7 miles of beach. Housekeeping / Linens: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays. Pool Access: The Marsh Hawk community has five “4-villa” buildings, and Villa 1-D is nearest to the pool, providing poolside furnishings, grilling area, and restrooms. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.) Beach Access: Approx. 10-minute walk. Follow Retreat Beach Circle east toward the ocean, going by lake and saltmarsh vistas. Once at the traffic circle fountain, continue toward the ocean to the left of the tennis courts where the resort’s oceanfront common-use parking area and sundecks are located. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities. Length of Stay: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome. Check In: Guests must pick up their Access Welcome Packet from the Litchfield Real Estate and Vacation Rentals office located at 12980 Ocean Highway 17, Pawleys Island SC 29585. Access is given no earlier than 4:00 PM. Priority is given to assuring the rental home is clean and inspected.
