Accessible Amenities: boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses. Housekeeping / Linens: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays. Length of Stay: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome. Golf Carts are a fun and convenient way to shuttle the family to and from the beach. Call and ask us about golf cart rentals in our area. Disclosure: One outdoor Kami home camera faces the front porch. Check in: Guests must pick up their Access Welcome Packet from the Litchfield Real Estate and Vacation Rentals office located at 12980 Ocean Highway 17, Pawleys Island SC 29585. Access is given no earlier than 4:00 PM. Priority is given to assuring the rental home is clean and inspected. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM EST or on Sunday, please call our office ahead of your travel date for instructions.
