Atalaya Montserrat Figueras, pool, 4 bedrooms, ensuite

A house of character and charm (4 épis Gîtes de France) suspended in the mountains at an altitude of 1440 m, on the heights of the peaceful, authentic village of LLO, with a superb view of its watchtower (Atalaya in Catalan) and the Cerdagne valley. The Cerdagne region has a very sunny climate, with cool nights in summer. The swimming pool and terrace surrounded by mountains is open from June to September. It is supplied with rainwater, treated with salt and slightly heated. The space The Montserrat Figueras gîte (4 épis Gîtes de France): The gîte's covered terrace hangs over the Cerdagne plateau in the Catalan Pyrenees, with a view of Spain on the horizon. Very quiet, on one level and not overlooked, the gîte measures around 120 m², with the 15 m² covered terrace as a complement. A large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge opens onto the high terrace. The 4 bedrooms have views over the village. - Bedroom 1: double bed 160 / shower room with WC. - Bedroom 2 with balcony: double bed 160 / bathroom with WC (small bath). - Bedroom 3: double bed 150 / bathroom with WC (large bath). - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90 / shower room with WC. - Well-equipped kitchen. - Baby/children's equipment available. - Linen provided. - Covered, unenclosed parking for 2 cars. - No smoking. - The pool terrace is closed out of season. There is no garden. Guest access L'Atalaya is a very large house. The Montserrat Figueras gîte is on the top floor, with independent access directly at street level on Carrer de Cerdanya (level access, no stairs). The accommodation is completely private. Only the terrace around the swimming pool is shared with other Atalaya guests. Nb: the two lower floors are our holiday home. Access is independent and not overlooked. Other things to note The swimming pool is secure and accessible 25 m from the gîte. It is open from June to mid-October and is salt-treated and slightly heated. The terrace is covered and pleasant in all seasons. However, there is no garden. The LLO baths with their sulphurous hot springs are within walking distance in both summer and winter.
