The space The private pool will make your vacation in San Teodoro everything you were looking for to take a break from the stress of everyday life. This cozy villa in Sardinia by the sea will be your oasis of relaxation! The villa is built on 2 levels: - ground floor: consisting of a large living area, kitchen, double bedroom, wardrobe room, 1 bathroom; - basement floor: one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a single bed (an additional bed can be provided in this room), two bedrooms with double beds, a living area with a second kitchen and a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, laundry room. Please note: The pool is usually open from May 15 to October 15, however, the opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and the approval of the owners. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request at an extra cost and upon acceptance, provided that they are not allowed on beds and sofas and that they are taken out of the areas pertaining to the property to relieve themselves. To be paid at check-in: - Accommodation tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Booking balance if present Please note that the opening and closing dates of the pool are subject to change depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions and approval by the owners. To be paid at check-out based on consumption: - Electricity (mandatory): €0.55 per kWh - Water (mandatory): €10 per cubic meter Extra services upon request, to be booked up to 2 weeks before arrival: - Linen (sheets and bath towels): - €20.00 per person one-time - Beach towels: €8.00 each one-time - Pets: €100.00 each one-time - Cot/crib: €50.00 each one-off - High chair: €50.00 each one-time Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., compatible with the schedule of our check-in agent, the availability of the villa and the cleaning procedures (therefore not at 4:00 p.m. sharp). - For check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (upon request) there is an additional cost of €30.00. - For check-in from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (upon request) there is an additional fee of €50.00. - In the event of alleged arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional fee of up to a maximum of €150 will be applied. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the rules of separate collection and dispose of waste correctly as per the instructions that will be provided to you at check-in, dividing into separate bags organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans and dry residue, and placing in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of residual waste, otherwise a penalty of €250.00 will be withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1000.00 will be withheld by credit card. The amount will be automatically released (depending on the time provided by your bank) at the end of your stay. In the event of damage or non-compliance with the rules of the villa, the agency reserves the right to withhold the amount corresponding to the resulting damage.
