Farmhouse Le Fornaci - Balco Apartment

The “BALCO” apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Le Fornaci and has a surface of 110 square meters. It is made of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Outside guests can take full advantage of the large common swimming pool, the garden, the gym and the barbecue area. Upon request it's also possible to enjoy the wellness area at 25€ per person. The space The large living room with fireplace and table for 10 people make the apartment comfortable even for groups of clients who, while staying in different apartments, wish to spend time together over lunch or dinner. The recently renovated apartment retains its historic charm, has all the necessities for your stay and as in all our accommodations is also equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The thick stone walls and the mild climate of our valley mean that the apartment, even if not equipped with air conditioning, is cool in summer and warm in winter “IL BALCO” faces the east side of the structure and it view lies towards our park with swimming pool and looking up you can admire the green hills dominated by the ancient Castle of Lisciano Niccone. Guest access Guests will have private access to the apartment and will share the outdoor facilities, included the swimming pool and gym. The use of the Wellness Area shall be booked in advance and according to the following rules: - turn duration: 90minutes - price: 25€/person - cleaning time between two different turns: 120minutes in winter / 90minutes in summer Other things to note ONLY FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS (from the beginning of October till the end of April) Heating has to be paid separately on the spot (cash or credit card) and will be factored upon consumption at the market rate applied during the stay.
