Casa Catinca - House on the Beach

Our 'Casa Catinca' is a beach house right on Spain's famous 'Orange Blossom Coast' in the Gulf of Valencia. On 2 floors you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room, a TV room, 2 balconies with views of the sea and the mountains, 2 large terraces, an outdoor kitchen, a flowering garden and many other amenities. The house is just a few steps away from a well-kept and guarded beach, to which it has its own direct access. The space On the ground floor are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a shaded lounge that opens onto the front garden to let the cool sea air circulate. There is also a small outdoor kitchen. On the upper floor there is another bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, a dining room with armchairs, balcony and sea view, another bedroom with a large double bed and a TV room with a sofa bed (pull-out).
