This magnificent villa is in the luxurious Legends Residences in Haapiti, which is a 7-hectare gated community where exotic wood, Moorea stone and perfectly maintained tropical vegetation blend together. The space This contemporary Polynesian villa is one of the few rare houses to have a unique, panoramic and breathtaking 180-degree view of the lagoon and the ocean, from all the rooms of the house! Located on a hilltop, and in a short cul-de-sac street, this villa is very well ventilated, and sheltered from all noises and looks. Renovated from floor to ceiling in 2019, it has since been very well maintained and includes: - Two air-conditioned bedrooms with new bedding. One has an European queen size bed (180 cm wide x 200 cm long). The other has two separate twin beds (90 cm wide by 200 com long) that can be converted into a single European king size bed upon demand (by adding a custom mattress pad). - A bathroom with a very large shower and bathroom sink, plus a separate bathroom that has the toilet and a second mini bathroom sink. - A newly fully equipped kitchen including among others: o Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave o Induction Cooktop, Vent o Nespresso coffee machine with starter pods o All kitchen electric appliances (toaster, mixer, etc.) - A living room with TV offering an array of French and international channels, - A faré poté (exterior covered patio) to have meals, - A heated outdoor jacuzzi (*), - A 50 m2 terrace with two sun loungers, - A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. - 4 Rackets and tennis balls available. - 4 sets of snorkeling equipment is available (tubas, masks, palms). (*) The jacuzzi has been initially designed as a plunge pool to cool off during hot days.
