Beautiful Hilltop Home! Near Cherry Creek

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place in the beautiful Hilltop Neighborhood. 4 miles to downtown Denver, walking distance to the Cherry Creek shopping district. Neighborhood parks, restaurants, groceries (Trader Joe's). Come for a Rockies/Broncos/DU Hockey game etc. All close by! You'll love the cozy feel of this lovely home. Very spacious! The porch is paradise. Great for family dinners inside and out! Kid friendly. Sleeps 14! The space -Spacious house with 5 bedrooms upstairs and 3 full baths. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. -The main floor has a front "great room" (with a pullout sofa), dining room, study, kitchen, side "kitchenette", living room, and mud room. -The basement has a semi-private bedroom (3 walled room, and a curtain that you can pull for extra privacy), rec room/TV room (we don't have cable, so if you'd like to watch, log-in with your own passwords) with bunk beds, a pullout futon, a full bath, and a laundry room which you are free to use the washer/dryer. No pets allowed. Sleeps 14, but can accomodate 4 additional guests with a futon and pullout couch for an extra charge of $25 per person. We are relatively new to Airbnb, but have a premier host rating on VRBO. 3 night minimum stay. Guest access The whole house is available for your use. Including yard, and porch --great for dining and bar-b-ques! Local parks within walking distance. Other things to note Make yourself at home! We are happy you are here! About us: This is a lived in house. (not a sterile hotel feel). Not a second home. We are a family of 6 that has 2 out of the house college graduates, 2 kids in college. My husband and I both work full time. We decided to Airbnb our home because we are often skiing, camping, and biking on the weekends--enjoying the great outdoors! And wanted to share our Denver house with others that are wanting a relaxed vacation in beautiful Denver, CO. Our mantra is "if you see it, you can use it!" Which applies to baking ingredients in the cupboards, games/puzzles in the downstairs closet, condiments on the side doors of the fridge, books in our study... Relax and make yourselves at home! Puruse the library of books and wall family photos. (Ps, there is a cute cat that lives here with us, but we take her with us when we are gone. And you wouldn't even know a pet lives here!)
