Charming farmhouse with heated indoor pool

House located in the heart of the countryside, without any vis-à-vis, 1h40 from Paris. The space The house has a cozy living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an outbuilding with large TV lounge and games (karaoke, foosball, basketball game, exercise bike...), several covered outdoor areas (dining room, barbecue area, heated pool), and leisure equipment (trampoline, swing, ping pong table, badminton net...). During school holidays (stalled on zone C) the house is only rented by the week, from Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 11am. For the rest of the year, weekend rentals start on Friday at 7pm and end on Sundays at 7pm (flexible hours upon request). Apart from the end of stay cleaning, all charges are included in the displayed rate (electricity, water, firewood, heated pool...). We are not able to offer sheets and towels in the basic offer. Only towels and bath mats are automatically provided. Linens and towels may be requested as an option. We also offer an "end of stay cleaning" option. A rental contract will be systematically issued and must be signed. A template of the proposed contract is visible in the "Internal Regulations" section of this advertisement. To do this, we will always ask you, in case of booking, to provide us with your email address and your postal address. Guest access The house and all outdoor areas are private and not shared. Other things to note The house is ideal for a family or friends stay, up to 8 people. The fiber and offices in each room make it possible to work remotely. The pool is heated from early April to mid-October. The water is treated with salt electrolysis. We prefer family rentals. Parties are not allowed. Baby friendly: 2 high chairs, 2 umbrella beds, a bath kit. Do not hesitate to inquire. WEEKDAY RATE The rates shown here for weekdays (excluding school holidays) are the price of additional days for rentals for an extended weekend. If you request to book on weekdays, a quote will be sent to you. OPTIONS & POLICIES Optional and upon request (additional fees to be paid at the beginning of the stay): - End of stay cleaning option 80 euros - Option sheets provided (including one shower towel per person): 10 euros per single bed - 15 euros per double bed.
