Charming farmhouse with heated indoor pool

House located in the heart of the countryside, without any neighbors, 1 hour and 40 minutes from Paris. The space The house has a cozy living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an outbuilding with large TV lounge and games (karaoke, foosball, basketball game, exercise bike...), several covered outdoor areas (dining room, barbecue area, heated pool), and leisure equipment (trampoline, swing, ping-pong table, badminton net...). During school holiday periods (based on zone C) the house is only rented by the week, from Saturday 5 p.m. to the following Saturday 11 a.m. The rest of the year, weekend rentals start on Friday at 7 p.m. and end on Sunday at 7 p.m. (flexible hours upon request). Apart from the end-of-stay cleaning, all charges are included in the displayed price (electricity, water, firewood, heated swimming pool...). We are unable to offer sheets and towels in the basic offer. Only tea towels and bath mats are automatically provided. Linens and towels can however be requested as an option. We also offer an "end of stay cleaning" option. A rental agreement will be systematically edited and must be signed. A template of the proposed contract is visible in the "House Rules" section of this listing. For this, we will always ask you, in case of booking, to provide us with your email address and your postal address. Guest access The house and all outdoor spaces are private and not shared. Other things to note House is great for a family or group of friends, up to 8 people. Fiber and desks in each room allow for teleworking. The pool is heated from early April to mid-October. The water is treated with salt electrolysis. We prefer family rentals. Parties are not allowed. Baby friendly: 2 high chairs, 2 portable cribs, a bath set. Don't hesitate to contact us. WEEKDAY RATES The rates displayed here for weekdays (excluding school holidays) correspond to the price of additional days in case of rental for an extended weekend. If you request to book on weekdays, a quote will be sent to you. OPTIONS & CONDITIONS Optional and upon request (additional fees to be paid at the beginning of the stay): - End-of-stay cleaning option 80 euros - Linen provided option (including one shower towel per person): 10 euros per single bed - 15 euros per double bed.
