Villa Rossa is your ideal home away from home! This converted House of Character, in the charming village of Xewkija (the Old Town of Gozo), has traditional Maltese arches, wooden beams, & rustic tiles that date back 400 years old. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a large living/dining area with AC and fireplace, 5 terraces with fantastic country & city views, an indoor jacuzzi spa room, an outdoor pool area with BBQ - honestly what more could you need? 😉 The space You’ll have access to a private outdoor pool with a grand BBQ - perfect for summer months; and a private indoor jacuzzi spa room - even better in the winter months! There are 4 floors, roughly 400 square meters, and has 5 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units (that can be used as heaters as well). There is also another full bathroom in the spa room and one half bath on the ground floor, so a total of 7 bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, and the grand staircase leads up to three bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom on the 2nd floor. The living room is equipped with an AC, as well as a wood-burning fireplace so you can get cozy with your loved ones in front of a 55-inch flatscreen smart TV with all cable channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The second living room upstairs is where you’ll find the full sized pool table. The fully-equipped open kitchen layout makes it convenient to cook up a hearty meal for you to enjoy on the large dining room table or the outdoor dining areas. There are 11 outdoor deck chairs and 8 lounge beds available. Wake up with a warm coffee from our impressive Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine or Nespresso machine. Fast-speed fiber optic internet access, washing machine, and tumble dryer are all free to use. Each bedroom has a hair blow dryer available. Cleaning is included in the fee, and all linens and towels are provided. Bath towels, pool towels, bed sheets, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, trash bags, essential kitchen items (olive oil, salt, pepper, sauces, etc.), and all cleaning products are provided. We understand traveling can be exhausting so we have prepared all the essentials in advance for you. All AC units are NOT coin operated to give our guests more freedom. However, as we are an eco-friendly home, overuse of ACs is highly discouraged. Please note: we have a strict no partying policy. Guest access You have private access to the entire villa :)
