The high-quality furnishings, partly with solid wood furniture and in a quiet location, invite you to relax. The apartment with a size of 65 m² has a separate entrance with a large terrace and direct access to the spacious garden. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and partly oak floors. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower as well as a cosmetic mirror and a hairdryer. Towels are also available. The spacious kitchen with dining area is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooking island with electric stove, ceramic hob and Bora extractor hood, coffee machine with integrated Senseo brewing unit, toaster, kettle as well as glasses, coffee and dining service, cutlery and many other cooking utensils. The living room with a large couch and flat-screen TV offers direct access to the terrace and garden. There is a free outdoor parking space or a garage parking space available for an extra charge of 5.00 euros per booking day. Check-in from 2 pm to 10 pm, check-out by 10 am. However, individual arrangements are possible. Pets are not allowed. The community's spa fee is 1.19 euros per person per day from the age of 16.
